Wednesday night means new article!

Lets talk about something more than food today, more about the culture of Cha Chaan Teng.

If u had did some research on Cha Chaan Teng culture in HK,then u may know the folks of hidden rules that apply to those famous Cha Chaan Tengs with great food but with not-so-friendly customer service. One of them is the one that we are introducing today - Australia Dairy Co.

講到「澳牛」，其實都出哂名服務態度唔係太友善
你以為人哋唔友善，就冇人去食咩？
咁就錯哂喇！不知幾多人專程去排隊用膳呀！

茶記哥仔與眾不同嘅待客方式，都可以話係澳牛文化之一呀

Australia Dairy Co. has known as the not-so-friendly Cha Chaan Teng for many years, but they  still being so famous and long queue everyday, its unique way to treat their customers becomes its culture which distinct it from other Cha Chaan Tengs.

冇錯，因為澳牛只係一間一眼望哂、內籠細細，但又好多人排隊嘅茶記
所以，澳牛要求極有效率嘅人流
作為食客嘅Hunters唔想俾人鬧，就記得配合喇！

有讀者報料話曾經食到一半太口渴想嗌杯嘢飲
但就俾澳牛哥仔話番轉頭：「張枱咁細，都冇位！食完先嗌啦！」
哈哈哈，真係笑咗出嚟

Just one tip save your life in Australia Dairy Co., is to be quick. I mean as fast as possible, fast to order, fast to eat and fast to pay the bill. Haha! I know its sounds ridiculous, but its true. Since they are busy, small restaurant but long long queue, they like high rate of turnover to keep customer come and go.

澳牛嘢食都算多架，不過餐嘅話就得快餐、茶餐、早餐
香港人，識食一定跟餐食啦，夠哂經濟實惠呀嘛！
今次Hunter Shirley就食咗個茶餐
跟咗個多士同澳牛出哂名嘅炒蛋

Even there are numerous choices on the menu, but the most common choices are the breakfast meal(早餐) and tea meal(茶餐)which shown  below of the right picture, the green box is tea meal and the blue is breakfast meal. I didnt order the breakfast meal since by time I went was already 1pm. So I ordered a tea meal with special request of fired eggs (thats is what they famous for) and toast not white bread.

佢哋當然係想Hunter Shirley光速食完，光速讓位啦！
雖然廚房叔叔短時間就出食物，但質素一啲都唔差呀
淨係個多士都烘到多脆內軟，一啲都唔會乾爭爭、硬掘掘
牛油搽得好平均，令到成件多士鹹香鹹香

講埋個炒蛋真係好正
炒時加咗牛奶，令到個炒蛋出嚟係又香又滑

The food came super fast since they wanted u to eat super fast as well! HAHA!

Even the food prepared in a short period of time, they are quite perfectly made. The toast was at the right stage, it is cripsy of the outside and soft in the inside, the spread of butter is even and added the saltness to the bread. You could also put the fired eggs on top like me. Talking about the fired egg, milk was added to the egg mixture so the egg is so fluffy and soft.

 一個午餐又點少得主食，Hunter Shirley就嗌咗個叉燒通心粉
不過不失，湯底唔會好鹹
食完夠你頂到晚餐呀

Moving to the main dish of the meal, its the roasted pork macaroni.Actually u could change to spaghetti if u dont want macaroni. The soup tasted very nice,not over-powering, its really compliment with roasted pork and macaroni. The meal is satisfying and big enough to feed you up.

今次Hunter Shirley好彩喇，食得慢，但又冇俾哥仔鬧
食完埋單時發現呢句「唯我獨尊」
充分表現到澳牛員工上下嘅霸氣！
下次各位Hunters自己去體驗吓啦！

      Overall the experience is nice, and I didnt scold by anyone, maybe the younger staff would be much nicer. And lastly present u a Chinese Calligraphy hanged at the top of cashier. It really shows the belief of Australia Dairy Co., I AM UPON OF YOU!
