報時報時,下晝四點四,金華冰廳依然旺場到不得了
金華坐落太子40年,儲儲埋埋當然唔少熟客仔啦!



 當你嚟到金華門前,見到有兩個門口,唔好緊張、唔洗驚
金華冰廳係有兩個門口架
經我哋觀察,右邊廂係遊客多
左邊廂就親切啲,多local
但食物質素係一樣
所以,各位可以安安心心、光明正大咁行入去同姐姐講:「__位」
今日我哋兩位,呢個時間都高朋滿座,預咗要搭枱架喇
不過如果你運氣好,好似我哋咁,就可以坐四人卡位
但係人流多時都係要迫一迫架喇


Kam Wah Cafe located in Prince Edward, they have been operating for around 40 years now, so you will see lots of locals when you visit the Cha Chaan Teng.The appearance of the cha chaan Teng just like the classy Cha Chaan Teng, very down to earth. One thing need to notice is that they have two entrance, but dont worry, the food is just the same.

要為你介紹號稱全港最好食嘅———菠蘿油


Today, we will introduce a speacial bun that you cannot miss, the Polo Bun( also named as pineapple bun), The bun isnt make with pineapple, but the crispy crust just look like peel of a pineapple, thats why it calls pineapple bun. In Hong Kong, we have pineapple bun for breakfast and tea time. So today Annie and me saved this Cha Chaan Teng for our afternoon tea.






今日嗌咗:一個得獎菠蘿油、兩杯凍奶茶
仲試咗:一個新奇豬扒菠蘿包
由於Hunter Annie變Hunger Annie,所以又嗌咗一碗豬軟骨公仔面

豬軟骨真係嚇咗Hunter Annie一跳,因為真係好淋好淋好淋
啲肉入到口已經融化哂
啲骨用叉輕輕撩一撩就分開


Today, we have ordered two pineapple buns, one with frozen butter, another with marinated pork chop, two classy milktea. On top of that,annie ordered a soft ribs with instant noodles since she didnt eat much today,she wanted save up for this meal! HAHA!






中秋啱啱過咗,但仲係熱辣辣、熱辣辣
呢個時候梗係要整番杯冰鎮凍奶茶啦!
 凍奶茶略為偏甜,但茶味好出,飲落仲好順口!正呀!
唔鍾意太甜嘅朋友可以嗌少甜架!


Lets talk the milktea cuz we always save the best for the last. The milktea is made with freshly brewed black tea that so much in favour, evaporated milk added the milky texture to the tea, such a perfect combination, so classy and so locals as well.






 傳說中嘅冰火菠蘿油出現喇!
上面個皮非常酥脆
個包本人好香綿,仲暖笠笠,令嘅牛油慢慢融化
 一啖咬落去,成個口都係淡淡嘅牛油香味,一啲都唔膩
 好滿足好滿足好滿足!!
其實Hunter Annie & Hunter Shirley一包兩份食都有六分飽
所以,下午茶一個菠蘿油,一杯凍奶茶係足夠俾你頂到晚餐嘅
 
 
I shared two pineapple buns with Annie, the pineapple buns' crust is so crispy and bread part is so soft, the saltiness of frozen butter complimented the sweetness of the crust, you really try it then you will be so suprise that it can actually taste so good.





問題問題:菠蘿油應該點食?
答案係。。。。。。









 今次試咗新嘢———豬扒菠蘿包
 個豬扒超~~~~正!好juicy、醃得好入味,絕對唔會好鹹

 

其實就好似普通豬扒包

入面有蕃茄生菜沙律醬
只不過係外面個包換咗菠蘿包
味道好新奇,又鹹又甜,係咪好好食就見仁見智喇


如果你唔係個鍾意試新嘢嘅人,我哋會建議你食番個傳統特大豬扒包喇
整體嚟講,真係要嚟試吓呀!
最重要嘅係———襯熱食 先好味!


The marinated pork chop is sooooo nice, we highly recommend the pork chop, simply perfection. The pork chop is not chewy, it is soo tender and so juicy, with a hint of lemongrass. BUT I have to be honest, pork chop and pineapple may not a good idea, I would order a pork chop bun(豬扒包)and pineapple bun separately, it would be a great idea, so lets go and try out the famous pineapple bun, pork chop bun and milktea, you will enjoy a lot!!

How to get there: Prince Edward Station Exit B2 and walk along Sai Yeung Choi Street facing the bridge, when you are next to the mall and see Chinese Herbal Tearoom, turn left and you will find the Cha Chaan Teng.
