ShuiKee Coffee

When we left the Sheung Wan MTR station from A2 Exit, went through many cafe with different themes and finally we found the Sheung Wan Municipal Services Building. The building was exactly we were going to!!!
Sometimes finding a nice Cha Chaan Teng was like finding a treasure, it was so unique that it stand out from all the Cafes. You know what "The rarer a thing is, the more it worth!"

ShuiKee Coffee located on 2rd floor of the Sheung Wan Municipal Services Building, we ran back and forth in the building and it was playing hind and seek with us!! Oh God, we found it!!!!It was at the corner.
It was like 5:30 pm, once we ran to the ShuiKee Coffee we were sweaty and we were so afraid that it closed.
(P.s. ShuiKee Coffee closed at 6:00 pm!!)

Three pretty ladies come over! Some one get the best service to them!"

This boss was so good at praise someone, we ensure that most of the customers were friends to them and it usually filled with many customers. However,on that day we were quite late, therefore, it looks a little bit deserted.

We asked the boss to see whether the "famous" dishes were and we made our order. While were waiting for the food, we took a look around the environment there.

The menu looked very vintage, it gave us another kind of visual enjoyment. The colour, the font...

The wall was also full of old pictures and interviews from different magazines.

The chef looked so concentrate preparing the food for us.

The king of the coffee, The Queen of the milk tea"

Oh really?! Hunter Scarlett and Kathy could not wait to taste them!

The milk teas were put in front of our eyes, to be honest, hunter Kathy was attracted by the glass bottled milk tea that's why she wanted to come.

If they did not tell us about the story, we thought the glass bottled milk tea fooled us!

In order to keep the taste of the milk tea, they insist to put ice to it because the ice will diluted the milk tea.

That's why the taste of the milk tea would not faded by time. It was definitely "The Queen of the milk tea!" YA HOOOOOOOOOO~~~~

The boss also introduced the french toast to us but we could not tell the special part and the differences by its look.

HOWEVER!!!! ME and Hunter Scarlett could not stop eating it after we the first bite!!!

We ordered one more! LOLLLLLL

The four sides of the french toast were very crispy! The proportion of the egg wash and the condensed milk was prefect.

The french toast was totally different from the outside, it was not oily and it was not............. Could not tell you more, just go and try it out!

Let's found out the origin of French Toast from the newspaper cutting on the wall!~

Now, we revealed their unique way to cook the french toast was frying but not deep frying!!!!

Ladies, It looks like we can eat more! HAHA

More, the boss knows we will write a blog about them,
and he said he had to read by himself. He marked down our blog website and other social medias as well!
That's why we and other Hong Kongers love eating Cha Chaan Teng! Cha Chaan Teng was made up of TWO elements, their vintage dishes and the milk of human kindness!!
