Since it is quite far from town and hard to find, Annie had recorded the route of getting there. First, you could take MTR to Yuen Long and interchange to light rail way route #761p and get off at Hang Mei Tsuen.

嘩嘩嘩，時間下晝一點二十分，呢個鐘數都仲大排長龍
有好多人買外賣拎走，仲有好多人專登揸車入嚟食
一到埗就記得行入去拎籌呀
嗰日伙記擺烏龍，寫咗兩個54號，不過等咗半個鐘就有位

呢度Menu真係好簡單，全部都係小食，嘢飲要分開嗌架
The menu is so simple, with no English but dont worry,the ones that are more popular have photos and English as well,you can see the from the next photo.BUT no set provide, require to order separately.
呢日我哋就嗌咗一杯冰花奶茶，一杯檸檬益力多
一個招牌菠蘿包，一個招牌咸芝士牛肉豬仔包
再加一碗莞茜皮蛋豬潤牛肉米缐
We ordered crushed ice milk-tea, Yakult with lemon(Yakult is a probiotics dairy product, taste sour and sweet, very popular in Hong Kong) , Signature Pineapple Bun, Corned Beef& Cheese& Egg Bun and lastly Pork Liver& Sliced Beef rice noodles with perceived duck egg &coriander soup(I knew the news from CNN,haha! But I do really like perceived duck eggs, especially the texture of it,bit chewy)
有時人真係好聰明
老闆為咗令凍奶茶唔會因為加冰而變淡
就將奶茶放入雪櫃，每隔一段時間就拎出嚟攪拌
所以冰花奶茶上面粒粒冰花，保留奶茶嘅香滑濃
而檸檬益力多，聽個名都知係咩啦
你以為飲落會好奇怪，驚肚痛？
一啲都唔會呀，飲落清新得嚟又開胃，可以一試呀
In Hong Kong, we had a culture that we always ask for no ice (走冰), coz we dont want the drink the loose the favour from the melted ice. So the owner of this cafe came up with an idea to store the milk-tea in the fringe and stir it every hours, so it would be full of flavour even the ice melt.
Yakult with lemon tasted very fresh, the sweetness from the Yakult complemented the sourness from the lemon, also the scent from the lemon zests really take it to the next level. Not often find in Cha Chaan Teng or cafe, so definitely try it!
呢個莞茜皮蛋豬潤牛肉米缐，湯底好清，真係大大粒皮蛋，落足料呀
It is the rice noodles, with lots of ingredients, you can really taste the freshness from the coriander, the broth is not strong but full of flavours and work very nice with rice noodles, what a light meal.
不過今次我哋嘅重點係招牌菠蘿包同招牌咸芝士牛肉豬仔包
But our target is the signature Pineapple Bun and Corned Beef& Cheese& Egg Bun!!

呢個招牌菠蘿包
雖然外層唔可以金華冰廳媲美
但係入面厚厚嘅牛油、大大塊嘅蕃茄，再加埋非常嫩滑嘅雞蛋
咬落好有層次， 中和咗菠蘿包嘅甜，冇咁單調
This Signature Pineapple Bun was filled with cold pat of butter, sliced tomatoes and tender, runny fried egg. So many texture, simply amazing!
至於招牌咸芝士牛肉豬仔包
入面同樣有雞蛋、芝士，當然仲有主角咸牛肉
原來咸牛肉同芝士係咁夾，啲芝士已經溶溶地
食落好濃芝士味，咸牛肉嘅口感又有少少似午餐肉
隔離枱班叔叔、姨姨都讚不絕口，即刻諗番細個嗰時
And the Corned Beef& Cheese& Egg Bun, the melted cheese glanced on the corned beef, and sweetness the cheese and saltiness of corned beef matched perfectly, and I am a bit hungry now! Desperate for some cheese and corned beef!!
由於我哋坐咗喺大大嘅風扇前，一路食啲嘢一路飛
食完好似打完仗咁，哈哈哈，下次揀個好位啦！
